This notice explains, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), how the personal data you share with us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail is processed.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: your first and last name.
- Contact details: your phone number with country code and your e-mail address.
- Health data (special category data): the procedure you are interested in, health information you share in your message and any photographs you send.
- Request details: your preferred appointment date and time and the content of your message.
- Security data: IP address, browser information and the cookies the website needs to work.
3. Purposes
We process your personal data to answer your questions, make a preliminary assessment, plan your consultation and appointment, contact you, meet our legal obligations and keep the website secure.
4. Legal grounds
Identity, contact and request data are processed under Article 5(2) KVKK because processing is directly related to concluding a contract (c), necessary to meet a legal obligation (ç) and necessary for our legitimate interests (f). Health data are processed under Article 6 KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent and by persons bound by medical confidentiality for the purposes of medical diagnosis and treatment.
5. How data are collected
Through the forms on this website, by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, by automated or partly automated means.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK, your personal data may be shared with public authorities entitled to receive them, healthcare facilities where your treatment takes place, and our hosting, e-mail and communication service providers.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purposes require and for the periods set by law; after that they are erased, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your personal data are processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data are transferred; have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected; have data erased or destroyed; ask for third parties to whom data were transferred to be told of any correction or erasure; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send requests in writing to the address above or to hi@aesthesurgery.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ). We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
9. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work. The country code you choose in a form is kept in a cookie in your browser so you do not have to choose it again on your next visit.
